Bee good to your Skin Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup green tea, brought to room temp or chilled (loose leaf tea is higher in antioxidants than tea bags)
1/3 medium avocado
1 kiwi, skin removed (green apple is great too!)
2+ cups baby spinach
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds or chia seed gel
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ginger (or add extra tumeric)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon local honey

Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and
blend for around 30-45 seconds or until nice and smooth
